What to include
- Bug reports: tell us which tool, what you did, and what happened, plus your browser and device if you can.
- Feature requests: describe the tool or option you'd like to see.
- Feedback: anything that would make ToolOtter better.
A note on your files
Because ToolOtter processes everything in your browser, we never receive or store your files, so please don't email us your documents. If you're reporting a problem with a specific file, just describe it; we can usually reproduce the issue without it.
We aim to reply within a few business days.
